It can be so easy to get caught living in the past or attempting to control the present to predict the future.
None of these behaviors will contribute to today’s happiness.
I choose four simple things to remind me to live for the moment.
(1) Smile. It’s never as bad as it seems
(2) Don’t ask why. It won’t make it hurt less
(3) Hug someone like you mean it.
(4) Always express gratitude for things done that are not required.
